HAVE PIZZA OVEN, WILL TRAVEL!
Hi there. My name is Chris and I LOVE making pizza. It started for me during the pandemic of 2020. I’ve always loved pizza and wanted to learn how to get better making it at home for my family. I began my journey making a direct style dough and using our home oven with pretty good results. As my interest increased, I graduated to an outdoor pellet style oven and eventually to (2) propane fired ovens, cooking pies at over 800 degrees in about 2 minutes. I’ve also become a fan of pizza dough making using a poolish (or starter). It takes a little longer but the results speak for themselves. My latest adventure took me into the world of frozen pizza, to replace the DiGiornos and Mateys you find at the grocery store. If you like pizza made by hand without all of the preservatives and chemicals, please explore this site and consider ordering some frozen pies or having me to your location to make pizza for you and your guests.
